What are our hours?
CLASSES RUN AT THE SAME TIME DAILY
Focus changes each day
Class Times Monday - Friday
Mornings: 5am / 6am / 9am
Midday: 12:15pm
Evenings: 5pm / 6pm
Friday: 4:30pm
Saturday
Mornings: 9am
ATTEND OPEN GYM ACCESS
Monday-Friday: 4:30am - 7:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am - 5pm
Sunday: 10am - 5pm
What kind of workout can you expect?
Expect a mix of HIIT, strength training, and cardio, all designed to push you past your limits.
Can I try a class before I commit?
Absolutely! In fact, your first 5 classes are on us! Come see what we're all about.
Are there any community events?
Yes, we host regular events to bring our members together and strengthen our fitness community.
Is there childcare available?
Yes! We do offer childcare. Our Kid's Lab is open Monday thru Friday, 8am - 1pm and 4pm - 7pm. Saturdays the Kid's Lab is open from 8am - 11am. *currently there is no childcare available on Sundays*
What are our rates?
We offer a variety of membership options to fit your goals and budget. See our Pricing tab above for more details. If you are military, first responder, or a teacher, please send an inquiry for special pricing options.
Do you offer personal training?
At this time we do not offer one on one training. But each class is trainer led and we will always work to meet your needs and goals. Whether it's with modifications or ways to push you to meet your goals, we are here to be your biggest cheerleaders in your fitness journey!
What kind of equipment do you have?
We're stocked with state-of-the-art equipment to meet all your fitness needs—from weights to cardio and more.
Do I need experience to join?
Nope! We welcome all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
